This crew has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I have taken multiple vehicles at different times to them, and they have always been speedy, professional, and very nice. I had to have a major part of a newly purchased van repaired, and the warranty company was being an absolute monster to work with. My van was in their shop taking up space for almost a full 2 weeks, but they were never rude or gruff with me as the customer. They continued to work with the warranty company to get the best and safest part for my van and ensure that we were given quality work. They gave us a loaner vehicle when my 5 days of rental car were up with the warranty company! I will continue to take all my family's vehicles to them!

The tire air pressure light suddenly came on as I was driving home earlier today in this nasty weather. I stopped by Burton's, and they asked me to drive up to the bay door. A very polite young man immediately filled the tires, explained the warning light would reset itself, and wished me well. No Charge! Wow! I definitely recommend this shop. I noticed how clean it was, and the service is top of the line! Stop by if you need anything!

This is my first time going to Burton's Automotive Services. They worked me in on a Va State inspection at the end of the month on my 2023 Polaris Slingshot Roush Edition. We were traveling home from NJ to NC, and our tire pressure sensor indicator told us that one of our tires was losing pressure. Luckily, we were at a light and saw Burton's Automotive, so we pulled in. I saw that there was a nail in the tread, so I was hoping that they could fix it for us and we would be on our way. They were pretty busy, but they had us all fixed up in about 40 minutes. The people at Burtons were very friendly and accommodating, and they fixed the tire at a very affordable price. Thank you all of you at Burton's who made this possible.

This was my first time using Burton's. From the first phone call to the time they took my payment, I was highly satisfied with the experience. Their explanation of my vehicle issue was both thorough and transparent. Vehicle repairs are going to be expensive no matter where you go, but I thought that the cost of the brake line repair service I received was fair and reasonable. Not a single complaint with my first experience. Next time my vehicle needs service/repairs, I'll definitely make them my first choice.
